Idiopathic Hypertrophic Subaortic Stenosis is a primary disease of cardiac muscle that is probably congenital, is often genetically transmitted, and is characterized by asymmetric septal hypertrophy, systolic anterior motion of anterior mitral valve and disorganization of cardiac muscle cells.
